在现代信息技术发展的背景下,人们对档案信息的需求以及获取方式都在发生重大变化,然而档案部门相对封闭的管理方式和传统的人力资源配置使这一职业缺乏内在的应对机制、档案职业主体构成素质不容乐观,档案职业边缘化日益加剧。在这样的背景下,开展档案继续教育与培训工作,对优化档案人力资源配置、促进档案事业发展尤为重要。
In the context of the development of modern information technology, people’s demand for archives information and access methods are undergoing major changes. However, the relatively closed management of archives departments and the traditional allocation of human resources make this occupation lacks an internal coping mechanism. The quality of the main body is not optimistic, and the occupational marginalization of archives is getting worse. Under this background, carrying out continuing education and training of archives is particularly important for optimizing the allocation of human resources in archives and promoting the development of archives.
