新税制在紧锣密鼓声中实施两个月,工商界人士已深深感受到了它对经营和利益分配的影响。最近,我们在福建几个地区的数十家工商企业和几个主管部门采访,听到了许多对新税制的评说。我们感到,新税制已获得人们广泛的支持和拥护。运转基本正常,1994年1—2月全省税收入库比上年同期增长40％以上。但是,它就像一台新机器一样,还处于磨合阶段,尚有一些具体的问题要切实加以解决。
The new tax system has been implemented for two months in full swing. Business people have deeply felt the impact it has on the distribution of business and profits. Recently, we interviewed dozens of businesses and several departments in several districts in Fujian and heard many comments on the new tax system. We feel that the new tax system has gained widespread support and support from people. The operation was basically normal. From January to February in 1994, the province’s tax receipts increased by 40% over the same period of last year. However, it is just like a new machine. It is still in the running-in stage. There are still some concrete problems to be solved.
