[目的]研究18F-FDG-PET与CT对肿瘤放疗疗效评价的差异。[方法]将18只荷VX2肿瘤的新西兰兔随机分成3组,分别接受伽玛刀单次剂量放疗,剂量分别为0Gy、25Gy、35Gy(50%等剂量曲线包括靶区)。所有试验兔治疗前、治疗后2d进行18F-FDG-PET扫描,治疗前、治疗后2d、7d进行CT扫描,得到肿瘤的SUVmax和体积。[结果]治疗后2d与治疗前,PET显示各组SUVmax均有变化。0Gy组放疗后SUVmax变化值的均值为0.1867±0.1945,25Gy组放疗后SUVmax变化值的均值为-1.1767±0.4360,35Gy组放疗后SUVmax变化值的均值为-2.3533±0.6249。在治疗后2d和治疗前各组CT显示体积变化值均无变化;而治疗后7d和治疗前的CT显示各组体积变化明显。0Gy组放疗后体积变化值的均值为(1.0417±0.6969)cm3,25Gy组放疗后体积变化值的均值为(-0.2483±0.1499)cm3,35Gy组放疗后体积变化值的均值为(-1.0317±0.5732)cm3。[结论]对肿瘤放疗的早期反应评价PET优于CT,PET对肿瘤放疗疗效评价具有时效性。
[Objective] To study the difference between 18F-FDG-PET and CT in evaluating the efficacy of radiotherapy for tumor. [Methods] 18 New Zealand rabbits with VX2 tumor were randomly divided into 3 groups and were treated with gamma knife single dose radiation at doses of 0Gy, 25Gy and 35Gy, respectively (50% isodose curves including target area). All experimental rabbits before treatment, 2d after treatment, 18F-FDG-PET scan, before treatment, 2d, 7d after treatment of CT scan, the tumor SUVmax and volume. [Result] PET showed the changes of SUVmax in each group 2 days after treatment and before treatment. The mean value of SUVmax after radiotherapy in 0Gy group was 0.1867 ± 0.1945, the mean value of SUVmax in 25Gy group after radiotherapy was -1.1767 ± 0.4360, and the mean value of SUVmax after radiotherapy in 35Gy group was -2.3533 ± 0.6249. After 2 days of treatment and before treatment, CT showed no change in volume change; and 7d after treatment and before treatment CT showed significant changes in volume of each group. The mean value of volume change after radiotherapy in 0Gy group was (1.0417 ± 0.6969) cm3, the mean volume change value in 25Gy group after radiotherapy was (-0.2483 ± 0.1499) cm3, the mean value of volume change after radiotherapy in 35Gy group was (-1.0317 ± 0.5732) ) cm3. [Conclusion] The evaluation of early response to tumor radiotherapy is better than that of CT, and PET has time-effectiveness in evaluating the efficacy of radiotherapy.
