中国法律电影是建立在中国法治化进程中,以反映中国特色的审判、正义、道德、人性、习俗、冲突、客观性为主题的影片。中国法律电影中角色形象主要由法律人和非法律人组成,这些形象塑造寄托了中国观众的法律信仰,更寄寓了民众对高尚道德的憧憬和积极入世的精神追求。只有坚持正确的法律电影角色塑造,才能完成中华民族文化的良好传播,展现中国特色社会主义法治下国人的精神面貌,而且能够有效抵制外国法律文化对中国文化安全的解构和威胁。
Chinese legal films are based on the theme of China’s trial of law, justice, morals, human nature, customs, conflicts and objectivity. The image of the characters in the Chinese legal films is mainly composed of legal persons and non-legal persons. These images shape the legal beliefs entrusted to the Chinese audience. They even embody the people’s longing for noble morality and the spiritual pursuit of entering the WTO. Only by adhering to the correct shaping of the role of legal film can a good spread of the Chinese culture be completed, the spirit of the Chinese under the socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics can be demonstrated, and the deconstruction and threat to the Chinese cultural security can be effectively resisted by foreign legal cultures.
