从１９８７年１月～１９９６年５月，我科共施行食管癌手术７４２例，其中切除６５３例，切除率８８％。食管切除术后发生乳糜胸１０例，发生率１．５３％，１０例患者平均每天乳糜引流量７００ｍｌ～１２００ｍｌ。发生原因与肿瘤较晚，粘连较重有关。本组病例均行右侧开胸偏上缝扎或结扎胸导管，全部治愈。
From January 1987 to May 1996, 742 cases of esophageal cancer surgery were performed in our department. Among them, 653 cases were removed and the resection rate was 88%. 10 cases of chylothorax occurred after esophagectomy and the incidence was 1.53%. The average daily chyle drainage volume in 700 patients was 700-1200 ml. The reason for the occurrence was related to the later tumors and heavier adhesions. This group of patients underwent right thoracotomy sutured or ligation of the thoracic duct, all cured.
