目的通过对2009-2011年市辖区内食源性致病菌监测数据的统计,及时发现EHEC O157:H7并分析原因。方法按照国家相关标准方法进行检测。结果检出四川省首例有动力O157:H7。结论四川省已存在EHEC O157:H7引起食物中毒的危险性。各级食品安全监管及检验部门对此应高度重视,预防该菌在四川省的传播和食物中毒的暴发。
OBJECTIVE To find EHEC O157: H7 in time by analyzing the data of surveillance of food-borne pathogens in municipal districts from 2009 to 2011 and analyze the causes. Methods According to the national standard methods for testing. As a result, the first case of motivation O157: H7 in Sichuan Province was detected. Conclusion EHEC O157: H7 has been found to cause the risk of food poisoning in Sichuan Province. Food safety regulatory authorities at all levels and inspection departments should attach great importance to this in order to prevent the spread of the bacteria in Sichuan Province and the outbreak of food poisoning.
