根据高速公路交通事件应急救援目标,在假设救援资源配置点固定的前提下,首先,对高速公路区域路网进行网络化抽象处理,以区域路网内救援资源配置总量最小为目标函数,进行了应急资源的配置优化。然后,以应急响应时间最小为目标,同时满足事故点应急资源的最大需求,建立了分阶段协作救援资源调度模型;最后,利用LINGO软件和MATLAB软件进行了实例求解分析。结果表明:经过优化后,各配置点的资源配置量和路网的总资源配置量均有明显的降低,总资源量降低了36%;分阶段协作应急资源调度模型有助于应急资源的合理调度。
