对1Cr11Ni2W2MoV马氏体不锈钢进行了不同光斑搭接率下的激光冲击强化处理,并对不同部位的表面残余应力和显微硬度进行了测试,研究了光斑搭接率对激光冲击强化效果的影响。结果显示,随着光斑搭接率的增加,残余压应力和显微硬度均有所提高,不同部位残余压应力和显微硬度值的波动明显减小,搭接率由50%增加到75%,残余压应力波动减少60%,显微硬度波动减少65%。因此提高光斑搭接率可以优化冲击光斑周围的残余应力和硬度分布。
Laser ablation of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV martensitic stainless steel under different spot overlap rate was carried out. The surface residual stress and microhardness of different parts were tested. The effect of spot overlap on laser shock enhancement was studied. The results show that the residual compressive stress and microhardness increase with the increase of laser ablation rate, and the residual compressive stress and microhardness value fluctuate obviously in different parts. The lap-over rate increases from 50% to 75% , The residual compressive stress is reduced by 60% and the microhardness is reduced by 65%. Therefore, increasing the spot overlap rate can optimize the residual stress and hardness distribution around the impact spot.
