伴随受托业务的加速增长与信托收入占比的提高,信托业的资本回报率也迅速向银行业的鼎盛水平靠拢,甚至略有超越信托业最引人瞩目的扩张出现在最近五六年间。该行业的总资产规模在2007年刚刚跨过1万亿元大关,到2012年则实现了6.5倍的增长。信托业强劲增长的动力主要来自受托资产管理业务,后者在此期间处于加速增长阶段,在总资产规模中的占比由89%稳步上升到97%。
With the accelerated growth of entrusted businesses and the increase of trust revenue, the return on capital of the trust industry quickly moved closer to the heights of the banking industry and even exceeded the most remarkable expansion of the trust industry in the recent five or six years. The total assets of the industry in 2007 just span 1 trillion yuan mark, by 2012 it achieved a 6.5-fold growth. The strong growth of the trust industry mainly came from the entrusted asset management business, which was in the accelerated growth stage during this period. Its share of total assets steadily rose from 89% to 97%.
