前 言由于工业飞速发展,对往复活塞式压缩 机的吸排气阀使用寿命的要求日益提高,尤 其是阀片和气阀弹簧已成为生产和使用单位 所迫切关心的问题。我厂在压缩机制造中,对于阀的结构进行多次研究,尤其大排气量压缩机阀的结构是最大的课题。我厂生产的1-100/8型空气压缩机用的吸排气的槽状阀片存在着严重的寿命问题,因此（?）需加以改进。 一、槽状的阀结构与存在的问题（见图1、2） Preface Due to the rapid development of industry, the requirements on the service life of suction and discharge valves for reciprocating piston compressors are increasing. In particular, valve plates and valve springs have become urgent concerns for the production and use of units. I plant in the compressor manufacturing, the valve for many times the structure of the study, especially the large displacement compressor valve structure is the biggest issue. The 1-100 / 8 air compressors used in our factory have the problem of serious service life due to the suction and discharge of the grooved valve, so (?) Need to be improved.
