素质教育的今天,随着教育教学改革的深入,广大教育工作者都在致力于课堂教改、教育创新。作为一名教师,我也曾有过无奈与痛苦,虽然有着很足的干劲,可大多时候换来的是高耗低能!经过十年的课堂教学经验,我发现学有没有效率,并不是指教师有没有教完内容或教得认真不认真,而是指学生有没有学得好,乐不乐于学习语文这门学科,如果学好、愿学就是有效的。
Today’s quality education, with the deepening of education and teaching reform, the majority of educators are committed to the classroom education reform, education innovation. As a teacher, I also had helplessness and pain. Although I have a lot of motivation, I can spend most of my life in high energy and low energy. After a decade of teaching experience, I found that learning is inefficient and does not mean Teachers have not taught the content or teach serious not serious, but that the students have not learned well, happy not to learn the language of this discipline, if they learn, to learn is effective.
