55SiMnVB是我国自己研制的一个新的弹簧钢。与60Si2Mn相比,具有淬透性高,脱碳倾向小的优点。轧成单面双槽扁钢,又具有重量轻,节约钢材的优点。它是专为制作东风140汽车板簧之用,其质量的好坏直接影响到汽车的行驶。今年上半年发现有一炉钢经两次物理检验,其机械性能都不合格(如表1所示), 塑性很低。此钢在剪切下料时亦发现很脆,切口处产生崩裂,无法按规定尺寸切平(见图1)。最后结果,全炉钢报废。
55SiMnVB is our own developed a new spring steel. Compared with 60Si2Mn, it has the advantages of high hardenability and small decarburization tendency. Rolled into single-sided double slot flat steel, but also has the advantages of light weight, saving steel. It is designed for the production of Dongfeng 140 car leaf spring use, the quality of a direct impact on the car’s driving. In the first half of this year, a furnace was found to undergo two physical tests and its mechanical properties were unqualified (as shown in Table 1). The plasticity was very low. The steel was also found to be very brittle when sheared and cut, cracked at the incision, and could not be cut to the required size (see Figure 1). The final result, the furnace steel scrapped.
