目的探讨不同飞行应激条件下飞行员血清催乳素、雌二醇、醛固酮水平的变化。方法应用放射免疫分析法,对40名飞行员按不同分组检测飞行训练前后血清催乳素、雌二醇、醛固酮水平,并进行对比分析。结果不同飞行时间、不同飞行场次、不同飞行载荷、不同飞行高度飞行后血清雌二醇水平分别为(137.98±15.89)pg/mL和(134.52±13.17)pg/mL、(131.59±17.45)pg/mL和(119.83±19.45)pg/mL、(132.26±14.90)pg/mL和(122.57±17.41)pg/mL、(126.67±14.85)pg/mL和(121.53±19.92)pg/mL,与飞行前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01和P<0.05);血清催乳素、醛固酮水平飞行前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在不同飞行应激条件下,战斗机飞行员飞行训练后血清雌二醇水平降低,血清催乳素、醛固酮水平无变化。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum prolactin, estradiol and aldosterone in pilots under different flight stress. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the levels of serum prolactin, estradiol and aldosterone in 40 pilots according to different groups before and after flight training, and compared them. Results The serum estradiol levels were (137.98 ± 15.89) pg / mL and (134.52 ± 13.17) pg / mL, (131.59 ± 17.45) pg / mL after flight at different flight times, different flight times, different flight loads and different flight altitudes, mL and (119.83 ± 19.45) pg / mL, (132.26 ± 14.90) pg / mL and (122.57 ± 17.41) pg / mL, (126.67 ± 14.85) pg / mL and (121.53 ± 19.92) pg / (P <0.01 and P <0.05). There was no significant difference in serum prolactin and aldosterone levels before and after flight (P> 0.05). Conclusions Under different conditions of flight stress, the levels of serum estradiol decreased and the level of prolactin and aldosterone remained unchanged after flight training.
