图书馆作为公共文化建设的重要组成部分,是为广大群众提供各种信息和知识的场所,为读者服务是其根本属性,因此,提高图书馆的服务质量是非常重要的。近年来,图书馆的馆藏资源、设备、技术等有了明显的提升,为了满足读者日益提高的阅读需求,图书馆不仅要注重硬件设施建设,更重要的是开展人性化服务,这也是当代图书馆发展的主要方向和趋势。本文从服务理念、服务方式、服务内容、服务环境等方面探讨了图书馆实现人性化服务的具体途径。
Library as an important part of public cultural construction is a place for the masses to provide all kinds of information and knowledge. It is very important for libraries to improve the service quality of libraries because it serves as a fundamental attribute for the readers. In recent years, the library’s collection of resources, equipment, technology has been significantly improved, in order to meet readers’ increasing reading needs, libraries should not only focus on the construction of hardware facilities, more importantly, to carry out human services, which is also a contemporary book The main development direction and trend of the museum.
