作为十届全国人大五次会议的全国人大代表,我想借此机会,针对推动国内企业自主创新这一问题,呼吁政府采购应该向自主创新产品倾斜、全社会要关注农村“留守儿童”、加强司法监督促进社会和谐。
As a representative of the NPC for the Fifth Session of the Tenth National People’s Congress, I would like to take this opportunity to urge that the government procurement should be inclined to independent innovation products in light of the issue of promoting independent innovation of domestic enterprises.
