液压支架是用于煤矿井下采煤支护的主要设备,而立柱千斤顶及各种千斤顶是液压支架的主要支护部件,液压千斤顶缸底及柱头焊接好坏直接影响液压千斤顶的使用,设计自动焊接机,并在研究过程中对遇到的问题进行分析解决,通过实践,自动焊接机的设计满足了生产的需求及焊接质量的技术要求。
