采用真空高频磁悬浮炉制备Gd3+xAl2-x(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3)合金。通过Gd对Al的部分替代,研究了Gd元素微量替代对Gd3Al2合金结构和磁熵的影响。实验结果表明,Gd3+xAl2-x系合金的结构与Gd3Al2相同;随着Gd含量的增加,Gd3+xAl2-x系合金的居里温度和磁熵发生了变化,这说明Gd对Al的部分替代改变了Gd3Al2合金的磁热效应。
Gd3 + xAl2-x (x = 0,0.1,0.2,0.3) alloys were prepared by vacuum high-frequency magnesia furnace. By partial substitution of Gd for Al, the effect of Gd substitution on the structure and magnetic entropy of Gd3Al2 alloy was studied. The experimental results show that the structure of Gd3 + xAl2-x alloy is the same as that of Gd3Al2. The Curie temperature and magnetic entropy of Gd3 + xAl2-x alloy change with the increase of Gd content, which indicates that Gd partially replaces Al Change the magnetocaloric effect of Gd3Al2 alloy.
