中药剂量的准确调配是中医辨证施治过程中相当关键的一个环节,如产生误差,则会打乱中药配伍的严谨法度,降低整体疗效。很多情况下单味药的剂量调配稍有变化,就使方剂的功用主治迥然有别,这从历代医家的众多名方分析皆可得到验证。因此,对中药的剂量调配切不可等闲视之,所谓“中医秘而不传在剂量”。单味中药的应用剂量大小,与病证密切相关,其中自有一定的规律,而不是随心所欲的增减。从方中各组成药物的用量比例来看,也有其一定的法度,而不是简单任意的堆砌。对于中药剂量的运用,必需要思考严谨缜密,毫分缕析,容不得半点疏漏,否则便会误一药而毁全方。
