目的观察奥施康定(盐酸羟考酮控释片)治疗中重度癌痛的疗效及不良反应。方法采用开放试验方法,对95例中重度癌痛患者进行治疗。奥施康定起始剂量10mg/12h,根据疼痛缓解程度调整剂量,评价镇痛效果和不良反应。结果 95例中重度癌痛患者,总有效率85.3%,中度疼痛组有效率90.9%,重度疼痛组有效率83.6%。不良反应主要为便秘31例(32.6%)。结论奥施康定治疗中重度癌痛疗效确切,不良反应轻,服用安全。
Objective To observe the curative effect and adverse reactions of oxycodone hydrochloride (Oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets) in the treatment of moderate-severe cancer pain. Methods 95 patients with moderate-to-severe cancer pain were treated by open test. OxyContin starting dose of 10mg / 12h, adjust the dose according to the degree of pain relief, evaluation of analgesic effect and adverse reactions. Results 95 patients with moderate to severe cancer pain, the total effective rate was 85.3%, 90.9% of the moderate pain group, severe pain group, the effective rate was 83.6%. Adverse reactions mainly constipation in 31 cases (32.6%). Conclusion Oxycodin treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain is effective, light adverse reactions, taking safe.
