随着“一带一路”国家战略的深入推进,我国对外贸易规模不断扩大,外贸企业对国际贸易专业人才的需求快速增长。重庆作为丝绸之路经济带的重要战略支点和长江经济带的西部中心枢纽,将获得大量机遇。新的战略机遇对重庆高职院校国际贸易专业人才带来了新的机遇,对国际贸易人才培养模式提出新的挑战和要求。当前,高职院校国贸专业人才培养仍然存在着课程设置陈旧、人才培养缺乏针对性、理论实践脱节等问题。针对存在的问题,本文分析了高职院校国际贸易专业人才培养工作中存在的问题,提出了高职院校国际贸易专业人才培养对策,为提升高职院校国际贸易专业人才就业能力打下坚实基础。
With the in-depth promotion of the “Belt and a Road” national strategy, the scale of China’s foreign trade has been constantly expanded, and the demand for foreign trade professionals for international trade has grown rapidly. In view of the existing problems, this article analyzes the existing problems in the training of international trade professionals in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some countermeasures for training international trade professionals in higher vocational colleges, laying a solid foundation for enhancing the employability of international trade professionals in higher vocational colleges. basis.
