近期,国家发展改革委、住房城乡建设部、交通运输部、国家铁路局和中国铁路总公司联合发布《关于促进市域(郊)铁路发展的指导意见》(以下简称“《意见》”)。《意见》提出至2020年,京津冀、长江三角洲、珠江三角洲、长江中游和成渝等五大经济发达地区超大、特大城市及具备条件的大城市,市域(郊)铁路骨干线路基本形成,构建核心区至周边主要区域的1 h通勤圈;其余城市群和城镇化地区具备条件的城市启动市域(郊)铁路规划建设工作。
Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Ministry of Transport, State Administration of Railways and China Railway Corporation jointly issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of Suburban Railways (hereinafter referred to as “opinions”) . The Opinion proposes that by 2020, the major railway lines in the super-large and mega-cities in the top five economically developed areas in Beijing, Tianjin, the Yangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta, the middle reaches of the Yangtze River and Chengdu-Chongqing and the major metropolitan areas and suburban railway lines in the urban areas will basically be formed and constructed 1h commuter circle from the core area to the surrounding major areas; the remaining urban agglomerations and cities in urbanized areas are required to start the planning and construction of the suburban railways.
