目的了解某市生活饮用水水处理剂使用和生产的质量情况,为加强相关卫生安全监管提供依据。方法对2010-2014年某市集中式供水厂及水处理剂生产厂使用和生产的水处理剂聚氯化铝进行采样,依据《生活饮用水用聚氯化铝》(GB 15892-2009)进行检测和评价,并用对测定结果进行统计分析。结果共抽检432份样品,合格率为96.22%。水厂样品合格率96.10%,净水剂生产厂产品合格率为97.37%;5年间的合格率分别为93.97%、100.00%、84.31%、98.96%、100.00%;各检测指标合格率盐基度、p H、镉、六价铬均为100.00%,砷99.52%、汞99.29%、铅99.05%、水不溶物99.05%、氧化铝98.81%。结论某市5年的水处理剂质量较好,氧化铝不达标为主要的质量问题,个别样品重金属略有超标,结果提示某市生活饮用水水处理剂使用较卫生安全。
Objective To understand the quality of use and production of drinking water treatment chemicals in a city and provide basis for strengthening relevant health and safety supervision. Methods A sample of water treatment agent polyaluminum chloride used and produced by a municipal water supply factory and water treatment agent production plant in 2010-2014 was sampled according to “Poly aluminum chloride for domestic drinking water” (GB 15892-2009) Testing and evaluation, and use the results of statistical analysis. Results A total of 432 samples were sampled, with a pass rate of 96.22%. The qualified rate of water sample was 96.10% and that of water purifier was 97.37%. The pass rates in three years were 93.97%, 100.00%, 84.31%, 98.96% and 100.00%, respectively. , P H, cadmium and hexavalent chromium are 100.00%, 99.52% arsenic, 99.29% mercury, 99.05% lead, 99.05% water insoluble matter and 98.81% alumina. Conclusion The quality of water treatment chemicals in a city for 5 years is good, the non-compliance of alumina is the main quality problem, and the heavy metal in a few samples is slightly exceeded. The results suggest that the drinking water treatment agent in certain city is more hygienic and safe to use.
