时代精神研究是一个被以西方中心论为理论内核的唯心史观搅得十分混乱的领域。只有唯物史观能够深刻阐释时代精神的科学内涵,时代精神就是反映历史发展趋势,推动生产社会化和社会平等化持续进步的文明意识。时代精神的发展规律:它是在推动生产社会化和社会平等化的复杂斗争中曲折前进的;它虽然最终决定于时代的经济基础,却是引领时代前进的巨大力量;它往往通过两种社会制度的辩证运动来为自己开辟道路;全球化条件下的时代精神,集中体现为各国人民反对霸权主义、推动建立公正的国际政治经济新秩序的共同斗争。
The study of the spirit of the times is a very disturbing area stirred up by the idealist view of history centered on the theory of the Western Center. Only the historical materialism can profoundly explain the scientific connotation of the spirit of the times. The law of development of the spirit of the times: it twists and turns in the complex struggle to promote the socialization of production and the equalization of society. Although it ultimately determines the economic foundation of the times, it is a tremendous force that leads the progress of the times. It is often through two kinds of social System of dialectical movement to open the way for themselves; the spirit of the times under the conditions of globalization, embodied in the common struggle for the people of all countries to oppose hegemonism and promote the establishment of a just new international political and economic order.
