1991年,国民经济在上一年较低水平的基础上逐步回升。全国生产、投资、消费均以较高速度增长,加之国家适时调整基础产品价格,工业品价格上涨幅度明显高于上年。与上年相比,工业品出厂价格总水平上涨6.2%,主要原材料、燃料、动力购进价格总水平上涨9.1%。全年分阶段来看,与上年同期比,工业品出厂价3月上涨5.7%,5月上涨6.5%,8月上涨6.1%,11月上涨6.6%,价格总水平变动相对平稳。
In 1991, the national economy gradually recovered on the basis of a lower level in the previous year. The country’s production, investment, and consumption all grew at a relatively high rate. Coupled with the country’s timely adjustment of basic product prices, the increase in industrial product prices was significantly higher than that of the previous year. Compared with the previous year, the total ex-factory price of industrial products rose by 6.2%, and the total purchase price of major raw materials, fuel, and power rose by 9.1%. Throughout the year, compared with the same period of the previous year, the ex-factory price of industrial products rose by 5.7% in March, rose by 6.5% in May, rose by 6.1% in August, rose by 6.6% in November, and the overall price level was relatively stable.
