利用自主研制混炼成型一体机以及智能开炼机,采用低温再生方法,通过设计3×4正交实验表,研究废胎面胶再生利用过程中解联再生温度、芳烃油、石蜡油、解联剂添加量的变化对再生橡胶物理机械性能的影响。实验表明,当解联再生温度为90℃,芳烃油用量为3份,石蜡油用量为2份,解联剂添加量为2份时,再生橡胶的物理机械性能达到最佳。
