目的 :探测有冠心病 (CHD)家族史儿童的血脂、脂蛋白、载脂蛋白 (Ano)水平。方法 :对 83例有 CHD家族史的儿童检测血浆总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇 (L DL- C)、高密度脂蛋白 -胆固醇(HDL - C)、 Apo A 、 Apo B10 0、 Apo E及脂蛋白 (a) [L p (a) ]浓度 ,以无 CHD家族史的健康儿童作为对照。结果 :与对照组比较 ,有 CHD家族史的儿童血 TG、TC、L DL- C、Apo B10 0、L p(a)的浓度明显增高 ,HDL- C、ApoA 、 Apo E水平降低 (P均 <0 .0 1) ;但男、女血脂水平差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5 ) ;有早发 CHD家族史的儿童与无早发 CHD家族史儿童及对照组比较 ,血 TG、TC、L DL- C、Apo B10 0、L p (a)浓度增高 ,HDL- C、Apo E、Apo A 水平下降 (P均 <0 .0 1)。以本研究指标检测结果判别其父母是否有 CHD,具有较高的阳性率 ,有早发 CHD家族史者阳性率更高。结论 :结果提示有 CHD家族史儿童血脂水平可预测成年后发生 CHD的危险性
Objective: To detect the levels of blood lipids, lipoproteins, and apolipoproteins (Ano) in children with a family history of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods: Eighty - three children with CHD family history were enrolled in this study. The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL - C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol , Apo A, Apo B10 0, Apo E, and lipoprotein (a) [L p (a)] in healthy children without a family history of CHD. Results: Compared with the control group, the blood levels of TG, TC, L DL-C, Apo B10 0 and L p (a) in children with CHD family history were significantly increased, while the levels of HDL-C, ApoA and Apo E were lower <0. 01). However, there was no significant difference in blood lipids between male and female (P> 0.05). Children with pre-CHD family history had significantly lower serum levels of TG, TC , L DL-C, Apo B10 0, L p (a), HDL-C, Apo E and Apo A decreased (all P <0.01). To test the results of this index test to determine whether their parents have CHD, with a high positive rate, early onset of CHD family history higher positive rate. Conclusions: The results suggest that children with CHD family history of blood lipid levels can predict the risk of CHD after adulthood
