目的探讨纳洛酮联合血塞通治疗老年脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月至2015年2月于沈阳市第四人民医院就诊并接受治疗的150例老年脑梗死患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各75例。对照组患者给予纳洛酮,观察组患者则在对照组基础上采用血塞通进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、神经功能缺损评分和日常生活能力、血浆脑钠肽水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分明显低于对照组,日常生活能力评定量表(Barthel指数)评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血浆脑钠肽水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上采用纳洛酮联合血塞通治疗老年性脑梗死临床效果显著,能有效改善患者神经功能缺损程度并提升日常生活能力,有效降低血浆脑钠肽水平,且安全性较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of naloxone combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of senile cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 150 elderly cerebral infarction patients treated and treated in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Shenyang from January 2013 to February 2015 were selected as the study subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method example. Patients in the control group were treated with naloxone. Patients in the observation group were treated with Xuesaitong on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the NIHSS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (Barthel index) score was significantly higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05); after treatment, the observation group patients with plasma brain natriuretic peptide was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was Statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Naloxone combined with Xuesaitong on the basis of conventional treatment has significant clinical effect on senile cerebral infarction, which can effectively improve the degree of neurological deficits and improve daily living ability, effectively reduce the level of plasma brain natriuretic peptide and have higher safety .
