在建立取水泵站能耗模型基础上,将泵启停次数作为附加抑制项引入目标函数以限制泵的频繁启停;并采用粒子群优化算法求解此优化问题.以一座配置定速泵的取水泵站为例,分别对基于水位限的控制方法、一般最优控制方法以及引入抑制项的最优控制方法进行了仿真研究,并对3种控制方法的控制性能进行了统计和对比研究.结果表明:一般最优控制方法以及引入抑制项的最优控制方法均能大大节约取水泵站的能源费用;引入启停次数抑制项能有效降低泵的启停频率,使优化指令更加实用化,便于现场推广应用.该研究可为泵站优化控制的实施提供参考.
Based on the establishment of the energy consumption model of the water intake pumping station, the number of pump start-stop times is introduced as an additional suppression term into the objective function to limit the frequent start and stop of the pump, and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the optimization problem. Pumping station as an example, the control methods based on the water level limit, the general optimal control method and the optimal control method of introducing restraining items are simulated respectively, and the control performance of the three control methods are studied statistically and compared. It shows that the general optimal control method and the optimal control method of introducing restraint items can greatly save the energy cost of the intake pumping station. Introducing the restraining term of start and stop times can effectively reduce the start-stop frequency of the pump and make the optimization instructions more practical. Site promotion and application.The study can provide reference for the implementation of pumping station optimization control.
