毕业至今,笔者从教已有7个年头。期间,笔者曾在3所私立学校工作过,接触过各种校本的研修。2009年9月,笔者考取了江西省第一届特岗教师,被分配到横峰县新篁学校。也就是从那时候起,笔者在新篁学校陆续参加过几次校本研修,也申报过县级、市级课题。回忆这几年的校本研修工作,笔者感触颇深。目前,教师专业发展的途径主要包括:①在日常工作中的自然积累;②有计划的业务学习(听和读)。但是他们所取得的效果都不是很好,因此,教育专家提出:“在做各项工作之前,教师必须明确目的、理清思路;在工作过程中,教师必须注意
Since graduation, I have taught from seven years. During this period, I had worked in three private schools and had various kinds of school-based training.
