笔者观察了24例成人肝圆韧带的断面解剖,应用MAS-1图像分析系统测量了一些力学参数。结果表明:成人的肝圆韧带存在残腔,为一潜在性开放性结构。残腔壁覆盖有单层扁平内皮细胞。肝圆韧带管壁保留了血管的结构特征,依然可分为内膜、中膜、外膜三层。肝圆韧带由腱膜下段向游离段及裂隙段过渡中,外径逐渐增粗,管壁厚度及残腔逐渐增大。肝圆韧带的组成,以胶原纤维为主,弹性纤维及平滑肌次之。在肝圆韧带由腱膜下段、游离段向裂隙段及脐门连接处过渡中,弹性纤维的相对含量有所减少,平滑肌的相对含量略有增加。其胶原纤维与弹性纤维相对含量比值(C/E比值)之比为:1:1.11:1.21:1.21。结果提示从肝圆韧带至脐门连接处,相对刚度逐渐扩大,可扩张性逐渐减少。肝圆韧带可施行人工再道,建立一条可供临床诊治疾病的通道
I observed 24 cases of adult liver round ligament section anatomy, the application of MAS-1 image analysis system to measure some of the mechanical parameters. The results show that there is residual cavity in the adult liver round ligament, which is a potential open structure. Residual cavity wall covered with single flat endothelial cells. Liver round ligament wall to retain the structural characteristics of the blood vessels, can still be divided into endometrium, tunica media, outer three. Circumferential ligament from the aponeurosis to the free segment and the fracture transition, the outer diameter gradually thickening, wall thickness and residual cavity gradually increased. Liver round ligament composition, mainly collagen fibers, elastic fibers and smooth muscle second. In the liver round ligament by the aponeurosis, free segment to the fracture and umbilical door junction transition, the relative content of elastic fibers decreased, the relative content of smooth muscle slightly increased. The collagen fiber and elastic fiber relative content ratio (C / E ratio) ratio: 1: 1.11: 1.21: 1.21. The results suggest that from the round ligament to the umbilical door junction, the relative stiffness gradually expanded, expansibility decreased. Liver round ligament can be artificial again, to establish a channel for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases
