摆线针轮行星传动是目前应用十分广泛的一种新型齿轮传动.但是.由于我国基础研究和制造工艺的发展不够迅速,所生产的摆线针轮行星减速器多限于中、小型,其性能与国际先进水平相比还有一定的差距.我院机械工程系齿轮研究室经过多年的努力,研究出一种大型摆线针轮行星传动的优化新齿形.本文对大连橡塑机厂按此理论设计制造的新型摆线针轮行星传动装置的性能进行了试验验证.
