2004年7月12日,云南省玉溪供电局在风雨兼程中迎来了第8个生日,同时也是玉溪供电局新的调度通信大楼正式落成乔迁庆典的日子。在云电集团和玉溪市委、政府的领导和支持下,8年来玉溪供电局紧紧围绕服务玉溪经济发展这一中心任务,以建设卓越的电网经营企业为奋斗目标,不断深化企业的改革和发展,励精图治、务实创新,企业的供电能力、管理水平、服务质量、员工素质、经济效益都有了显著的提高,圆满完成了集团公司下达的各项经济技术指标,树立起了良好的企业形象。针对玉溪供电局在改革前后发展的鲜明对比及今后发展的基本思路和战略规划,本刊记者采访了玉溪供电局党委书记兼纪委书记马庆国同志。
