用NaHSO_4·SiO_2作催化剂,用二元脂肪酸和不同的醇(甲醇、乙醇、丁醇、苄醇)反应合成了一系列二元脂肪酸酯,该法产率高,操作简单,后处理方便,催化剂能回收再利用.并用X射线衍射法测定了化合物3k的晶体结构.化合物3k属正交晶系,Pbca空间群,晶胞参数:a=1.0216(10)nm,b=0.82794(10)nm,c=1.7996(2)nm,α=90°,V=1.5221(3)nm3,Dc=1.302Mg/m3,Z=4,F(000)=632,μ=0.092mm-1,R=0.0518,wR=0.1475.
A series of binary fatty acid esters were synthesized by the reaction of dibasic fatty acids with different alcohols (methanol, ethanol, butanol and benzyl alcohol) using NaHSO 4 · SiO 2 as catalyst. The method has the advantages of high yield, simple operation, convenient post-treatment, The catalyst can be recovered and reused. The crystal structure of compound 3k was determined by X-ray diffraction. Compound 3k belongs to the orthorhombic system with Pbca space group. The unit cell parameters are a = 1.0216 (10) nm and b = 0.82794 , c = 1.7996 (2) nm, α = 90 °, V = 1.5221 (3) nm3, Dc = 1.302 Mg / m3, Z = 4, F (000) = 632, , wR = 0.1475.
