在2010年初召开的中国安全防范产品行业协会四届六次理事(扩大)会议上,柳晓川理事长在报告中提出,“要千方百计帮助企业多渠道申报科研项目,取得国家科技部、发改委、工信部及各地政府部门的支持,加大科研经费投入力度,提高自主创新能力,实现增长方式由外延扩大为主到内涵扩大为主的转变”。为了抓住政府主管部门大力支持科技型企业发展的难得机遇,中安协本着服务会员、服务企业的宗旨,积极引导安防业界的科技型企业创造条件,申报与自身条件相对应的科技项目,以期获得政策、资金等方面的支持,提升企业的自主研发能力、市场竞争能力和可持续发展能力。为此《中国安防》杂志社记者采访了李建平副秘书长。
