工业锅炉制造或安装中某个细小环节出现错误,往往会酿成锅炉运行后隐蔽事故的发生。现举两例。事故Ⅰ:因水位表汽连管伸向上锅筒内的弯管错焊在水连管上,造成锅炉假水位运行,而导致大量水管胀口渗漏。我市某县造纸厂1988年7月安装投运上海某锅炉厂生产的SHL6.5—1.25—AⅢ型锅炉,运行20天后,发现百余根水管胀口渗漏,经检查分析认为:
An error in the manufacturing or installation of an industrial boiler often leads to a concealed accident after the boiler is operating. Cite two cases. Accident Ⅰ: due to the water level gauge steam pipe extending into the upper barrel wrongly welded pipe connected to the water, causing the boiler fake water level operation, resulting in a large number of water pipe expansion mouth leakage. In July 1988, a county-owned paper mill in our city put into operation a SHL6.5-1.25-AⅢ-type boiler produced by a boiler plant in Shanghai.
