在知识经济的时代,中国企业面临市场化和国际化的双重任务,内外向国际化已经成为企业国际化主要形式。本文首先总结及提出了基于知识的企业内外向国际化理论,接着,以万向集团的国际化为例,对上述理论进行了实证研究,最后,提出了相关的结论和建议。本文从国际化终极目标的角度进行分析,以知识的获取为线索,是本文理论的一个特点,并以具体的案例为证,希望对我国企业国际化发展战略的制定,提供有价值的参考。
In the era of knowledge economy, Chinese enterprises are faced with the dual tasks of marketization and internationalization. Internal and external internationalization has become the major form of internationalization of enterprises. This paper first summarizes and puts forward the knowledge-based theory of internal and external internationalization of enterprises. Then, taking the internationalization of Wanxiang Group as an example, this thesis makes an empirical study on the above theories. Finally, it puts forward the relevant conclusions and suggestions. This paper analyzes the ultimate goal of internationalization and takes the acquisition of knowledge as a clue, which is a characteristic of this article’s theory. Based on the concrete case, this article hopes to provide a valuable reference for the formulation of the internationalization development strategy of Chinese enterprises.
