近几年来,杭州市农业龙头企业面临外部发展环境欠佳,内部管理跟不上,市场营销难度大等困境,企业发展步履艰难,挑战前所未有。为此,我们采取发放调查表、召开座谈会和实地走访等方式,对市级农业龙头企业发展情况进行了调查,摸清发展现状,分析存在问题,提出对策措施。
