抽油杆脱扣后,抽油泵无法工作。现场上抽油杆脱扣的现象较普遍,如1983年5月至8月,施工30口井,有17口井的抽油杆脱扣,占57%。抽油杆脱扣的原因很多,其中主要是上扣时没有达到所要求的上扣扭矩。上扣扭矩,是指上满扣以后,再用一定的扭矩扭紧,使接头产生自身联接载荷。上扣扭矩和预紧力之间的函数关系很复杂。通过理论计算和实际验证,其关系如附
