本文系统地介绍了用于测量工业炉窑烟气成份中氧含量的热工测量仪表—氧化锆氧量计的工作原理,使用技术和节能途径;同时,还介绍了作者对本单位的一座轧钢加热炉使用氧化锆氧量计所进行的热工测定结果,初步确立了空气过剩系数、烟气成份中氧含量、出炉烟气温度与燃料消耗量的关系,为加热炉的节能管理工作提供了切实的技术依据,并获得了良好的节能效果,促进了挖掘炉窑节能潜力,向“技术”要能源工作的开展。
