本文以20CrMnTi钢为例,探讨了本质细晶粒钢原始组织对渗碳直接淬火后马氏体针大小的影响。试验结果表明:本质细晶粒钢虽适宜渗碳直接淬火,但必须有细小、均匀的原始组织配以合理的渗碳工艺,才可保证渗碳直接淬火后的马氏体针比较细小。同时指出,原始组织状态的差异,将影响渗碳直接淬火的马氏体针的大小。
In this paper, 20CrMnTi steel, for example, to explore the nature of the fine grain steel microstructure of martensite after carburizing direct quenching the size of the needle. The test results show that although the fine grain steel is suitable for direct carburization quenching, it is necessary to have a fine and uniform primary structure with a reasonable carburizing process so as to ensure that the martensitic needle after direct carburization is relatively small. At the same time, it is pointed out that the difference of the original microstructure will affect the size of the martensite needle directly hardened by carburizing.
