课程体系是教育教学的重要依据,也是人才培养质量的关键因素。经过多年积累,淮海工学院法学专业海洋法建设已具备一定的基础,但在培养目标定位、课程体系结构、课程内容安排和课程教学形式等方面仍存在不足,无法适应发挥工科院校法学专业竞争优势、助力淮海工学院创建“江苏海洋大学”、服务连云港市“一带一路”交汇点建设和江苏海洋开发战略的需要。基于此,提出应拓宽海洋法研究的内容与研究视野,从多个方面构建和完善“大海洋法”课程体系,形成全方位海洋法人才培养机制。
