The structure and function of sugar chains in glycoprotein are getting more and more attention. The traditional method of separation and analysis of high performance liquid chromatography in glycoprotein structural analysis is limited. As a fast, efficient, high resolution and high sensitivity method, capillary electrophoresis has a wide range of applications and prospects in the analysis of glycoproteins.
