基于装卸起吊运输平台多功能设计,利用有限元软件ANSYS进行了有限元分析研究。建立了装卸起吊运输平台的三维有限元模型,根据对装卸起吊运输平台工作状态,对其进行各种工况下的受力分析,探讨了不同工况下结构的位移和应力响应,确定了结构的危险截面及最大应力,提出了相应的设计修改建议。
Based on the multi-functional design of loading and unloading transport platform, the finite element analysis was carried out by using the finite element software ANSYS. The three-dimensional finite element model of the loading and unloading and lifting platform was established. Based on the working status of the loading and unloading and lifting platform, the force analysis under various working conditions was carried out. The displacement and stress response of the structure under different working conditions were discussed. The dangerous cross-section and the maximum stress, put forward the corresponding design changes suggestions.
