目的:测定硫酸阿托品滴眼液的含量。方法:采用系数倍率法不经分离直接测定硫酸阿托品滴眼液的含量,并消除了羟苯乙酯的干扰,测定波长236 nm和256 nm。结果:硫酸阿托品在50~500μg·ml-1范围内线性良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率99.89%,RSD为0.53%(n=9)。与双相中和法相比,结果无显著差别。结论:本法操作简便、结果准确,可满足医院制剂的质量控制要求。
Objective: To determine the content of atropine sulfate eye drops. Methods: The content of atropine sulfate eye drops was directly determined by factor ratio method without separation, and the interference of hydroxyphenylethyl ester was eliminated. The determination wavelength was at 236 nm and 256 nm. Results: Atropine sulfate showed a good linearity in the range of 50-500μg · ml-1, r = 0.999 9, with an average recovery of 99.89% and a RSD of 0.53% (n = 9). Compared with the biphasic neutralization method, the results showed no significant difference. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and can meet the quality control requirements of hospital preparations.
