双对比造影检查能很好显示胃粘膜微小结构,对微小胃癌的早期发现起到很大作用。微小胃癌是指胃癌的早期发始阶段,癌灶最大直径在5mm 以下。本文报告5例,4例经手术病理证实,1例经胃镜活检证实。
Double-contrast angiography can well show the tiny structure of the gastric mucosa, which plays a significant role in the early detection of tiny gastric cancer. Micro-gastric cancer refers to the early stage of gastric cancer. The maximum diameter of the cancer is less than 5mm. This article reports 5 cases, 4 cases confirmed by pathology, and 1 case confirmed by gastroscopy biopsy.
