镍化合物(nickel compounds)是人类在生产和生活中广泛接触的工业物质。镍化合物对细胞的损伤表现主要是以细胞自由基、磷酸三腺苷(ATP)和钙离子(Ca2+)及相关酶类和相关基因的变化。为进一步了解镍化合物对细胞自由基、ATP和Ca2+变化的影响,本文综述报道国内外对镍化合物细胞损伤中自由基、ATP和Ca2+方面变化的研究进展。
Nickel compounds (nickel compounds) are widely exposed in the production and life of industrial substances. Nickel compounds on the cell damage performance is mainly based on cell free radicals, triphosphate (ATP) and calcium (Ca2 +) and related enzymes and related genes changes. In order to further understand the effects of nickel compounds on the cellular free radicals, ATP and Ca2 + changes, this review summarizes the research progress of free radical, ATP and Ca2 + in cell injury of nickel compounds both at home and abroad.
