本文研究了CaO,MgO,ZnO,Al_2O_3和Fe_2O_3对Fe—O—SiO_2基本系的表面张力、密度、粘度的影响,用拉环法测定了表面张力,用最大泡压法计算密度和用旋转圆柱法测定粘交。从离子理论观点讨论了所得结果,对渣的凝固和独立相的沉积,以及所研究的物理性质之间的数量关系也做了讨论。所得结果不仅对研究新的连续炼铜法——Konti法——有关系,对铜的传统生产方法同样也是适合的。
In this paper, the effects of CaO, MgO, ZnO, Al_2O_3 and Fe_2O_3 on the surface tension, density and viscosity of the Fe-O-SiO_2 basic system were investigated. The surface tension was measured by the tension ring method, the density was calculated by the maximum bubble pressure method, Determination of stickies. The results obtained from the ionic theory point of view are also discussed. The quantitative relationship between the solidification of the slag and the deposition of individual phases, and the physical properties studied are also discussed. The results obtained are not only relevant to the study of the new continuous copper refining method, the Konti method, but also to the traditional copper production methods.
