佛山供电局从2013年推行集约化班组改革,变电管理三所是其主要试点。到2015年,随着改革的深入,三所所辖的班组已从单一专业班组,发展成跨越继保、检修、自动化专业的综合性班组。业务种类的增多,工作量成倍增加,使得班组对人员需求有所增加,这与集约化的减人增效精神形成了突出的矛盾。提倡综合检修班组人员一专多能,跨专业参与任务,乃至跨专业负责任务(继保、检修和自动化)是解决这一矛盾的有效途径。文章以变电三所综合检修一班为例,论述如何针对班组实际,制定出基于PDCA的年轻班员多专业能力培养模式,及“跨专业”导师团“师带徒”在培训中的创新实践方案,成功培养出综合的一专多能的人才。

By 2015, with the deepening of the reform, the three teams under the jurisdiction of the three teams have evolved from a single professional team to a comprehensive team spanning the fields of protection, overhaul and automation. The increase in the number of business types and the doubling of the workload have caused an increase in the demand for staff in the squad, which has led to prominent contradictions with the intensified detentions and synergies. It is an effective way to promote this contradiction by advocating that professionals in integrated maintenance team have the ability to work more than one department, participate in cross-disciplinary tasks, and even be responsible for cross-professional tasks (following insurance, overhauling and automation). The article takes substation three comprehensive maintenance class as an example to discuss how to develop a multi-professional ability training mode for young class members based on PDCA and how to develop a multi-disciplinary training mode for young class members based on PDCA Training in the innovative practice program, successfully cultivate a comprehensive multi-skill talent.
