福州总医院脑科中心组建于2006年6月,设置床位200张;同时有476分院、95分院两个协作科室。王如密教授担任中心主任,张锡增、洪一飞、杨渤生主任医师为中心顾问,中心目前拥有医师25人,四套护理组共60余人,其中主任医师7人,副主任医师5人,博士6人,硕士9人。院本部四个病区分别为神经外科、神经外二科及ICU、神经电生理及癫痫外科病房、神经内科、神经康复科及高压氧治疗室。中心设备先进,含盖了目前神经内外科几乎所有的先进设备,总价值达3000余万元,如美国StealthStation神经导航系统、德国Leibinger-Fischer立体手术及X刀系统、日本癫痫刀系统、VR虚拟现实手术计划系统、大型高压氧治疗室、各种脑立体定向手术及显微手术配套设备等。
