目的:探究全自动血细胞分析仪与血涂片细胞形态学的联合应用在血常规检验中的应用价值。方法:选取2014年10月~2016年10月期间在本院接受血常规检验的患者220例,对其血标本行全自动血细胞分析仪检验,其中仪器检验报警提示166例,无报警提示54例,再对血标本进行血涂片细胞形态学复检,比较两次检验的结果。结果:全自动血细胞分析仪检验报警提示阳性率及阴性率与血涂片细胞形态学检验镜检阳性率和阴性率差异明显,差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。在无报警提示白细胞分类镜检中,淋巴细胞、单核细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性细胞的相符性较高(p>0.05),嗜碱性细胞的相符性较低(p<0.05)。结论:全自动血细胞分析仪联合血涂片细胞形态学进行血常规检验可获得较高的阳性率,可提高细胞异常阳性结果的检出率,值得推广应用。
Objective: To explore the value of combined application of automatic hematology analyzer and blood smear cytomorphology in blood routine test. Methods: Totally 220 patients who underwent routine blood tests in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected and their blood samples were tested by automatic hematology analyzer. Among them, 166 were detected by the instrument and 54 were not alarmed , And then the blood samples for blood smear cell morphology re-examination, comparing the results of two tests. Results: The positive rate and negative rate of the warning message from the automatic hematology analyzer were significantly different from the positive rate and the negative rate of the smear microscopy. The difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). In the no-alarm-prompted leukocyte classification, lymphocytes, monocytes, neutrophils and eosinophils were highly consistent (p> 0.05), while basophils were less conformable (p <0.05) . Conclusion: The automatic hematology analyzer combined with blood smear morphological examination of blood cells can get a higher positive rate, which can improve the detection rate of abnormal positive cells. It is worth popularizing and applying.
